Mobile Guide
Most CRM features are fully functional on mobile devices through the Salesforce mobile app. Here's what to expect.
General Mobile Differences
- Tables become cards - Instead of wide tables, data displays as stacked cards
- Modals go full-screen - Popup modals expand to fill the screen
- Tap instead of click - All interactions are touch-friendly
- Subject fields are dropdowns - On desktop you can type custom subjects; on mobile you select from predefined options

Tips for Mobile Use
- Use the Salesforce mobile app rather than the browser for the best experience
- Phone numbers are clickable - Tap to call directly from task details
- SMS links appear next to mobile numbers (starting with +614 or 04)
- Pull down to refresh on most pages
- The email tab uses your phone's native email - make sure your email app is configured
- Landscape mode can help with trackers and wider components
