Getting Started

Logging In

  1. Navigate to your Salesforce login URL
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Complete any multi-factor authentication prompts

The Sales Home Page

After logging in, you'll land on the Sales Home Page. This is your daily command centre with three main sections:

Left Column - My Open Tasks

Your personal task list showing all open tasks assigned to you. From here you can:

  • View tasks sorted by due date
  • Click any task to see its details
  • Mark tasks complete directly from the list
  • See overdue tasks highlighted in red

Middle Column - My Clients

A filtered list of your active clients. Shows key details at a glance with search and inline editing.

Right Column - Reports

  • My Call Activity - Chart showing your recent call activity
  • Team Call Leaderboard - Chart comparing call activity across the team

App Launcher

Click the grid icon (top-left) to access the App Launcher. From here you can navigate to:

  • Leads - View and manage leads
  • Clients - View and manage clients
  • Contacts - View and manage contacts
  • Properties - View property records
  • Brochures - Browse the brochure library

These pages are accessible from the navigation bar or App Launcher:

Record Pages

When you open a Lead, Client, or Contact, you'll see a three-column layout:

  • Left sidebar - Record details and fields, organised in tabs
  • Main area - Custom components like activity timeline, documents, brochures
  • Tabs within main area - Different views like Activities, Fees, Documents

Lead Record Page

The Lead record page includes:

  • Sidebar: Details tab (all lead fields), Contacts tab, Related Records tab
  • Top of main area: Appraisal Meeting component
  • Main tabs: Chatter, Activities (default), Automation, Fees, Documents
  • Activities tab: Activity Composer + Activity Timeline
  • Documents tab: Brochures component + Document List

Contact Record Page

The Contact record page includes:

  • Sidebar: Contact details and fields
  • Main area: Active Client Card, Referred Leads, Referred Clients
